If the witch hunt is carried out as badly as this is argued and written, I don’t think Bush and Cheney have much to worry about. A brief look revealed a grammatical error, an assertion that the 9th Circuit is too conservative (!) and a proposal to arrest them if they go to some hayseed hippie town in Vermont. As if. Academics are living in a parallel universe. The thing I dislike the most is that they do it on the public dime.
I’d like to see some hayseed Vermont sherif drawn down on GW or Cheney and try to arrest them. The Secret Service’s answer would be Bang! One dead sheriff.
