Andrew Weissmann, the lead prosecutor for former special counsel Robert Mueller, said Thursday on MSNBC’s “Deadline” that Ginni Thomas, wife of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, was a “whack job” who could be in legal peril over her actions surrounding the 2020 presidential election.
Discussing Thomas testifying before the January 6 House Select Committee, Weissmann said, “There’s also sort of her as an exhibit, where I mean, just to put it in your vernacular, she comes off like a whack job. There’s no evidence of the election being stolen. We are a bunch of adults having this conversation, but there’s literally no evidence, and she’s married to a justice on the Supreme Court, where evidence and law is supposed to matter.”

When vote counters exclude Republican poll watchers, lock the doors, cover the windows, and continue counting when they said the counting has stopped THAT IS evidence of an election being stolen.
The people responsible for that deserve prosecution for actions that give rise to suspicion regarding election integrity.

So this corrupt POS calls the wife of a Supreme Court Justice a “whack job”.
Weissman as a licensed attorney was required to swear an Oath of Allegiance to the United States and the Constitution and this sworn oath subjects him to 18 USC 2381 which is the statute for treason.
The statute for treason carries the death penalty.
Unfortunately, in this very ugly sad era of American history, we need examples made of how serious the consequences are for overthrowing or attempting to overthrow a duly elected President.
Upon conviction of treason, Weissman, and many, many others, need to hang by the neck.
He plotted to remove President Trump with fabricated falsified evidence and now seeks to prosecute the overthrown President for fabricated elements comprising seditious conspiracy.
