Hunter Biden plea deal COLLAPSES: Prosecutors and lawyers for president's son FAIL to come to agreement in dramatic courtroom twist

Hunter Biden's plea deal has appeared to collapse in a stunning turn of events in a federal court in Delaware.

The president's scandal-hit son has said 'yes, your honor' when asked by the judge if he was going to plead guilty, and admitted he's been to rehab six times in 20 years for addiction to drinking and drugs.

But then the judge demanded a recess when an agreement between prosecutors and attorneys for the president's son appeared to fall apart.

He said he was first treated for alcohol abuse in 2003 and was last in an in-patient facility in 2018, but insisted he's been sober since 2019 when warned he faces random drug testing under the conditions of his release.

Prosecutors recommended probation for Hunter for not paying between $1.1 million and $1.5 million in federal taxes in 2017 and 2018, despite his substantial income from Ukrainian and Chinese energy companies.

They also scolded him for continuing to 'spend wildly' on his lavish lifestyle while he had the funds to pay back what he owed.

Hunter could have faced up to 12 months in prison for the tax crimes, and ten years for lying about his crack cocaine addiction on a federal form when buying a gun.

Are they saying that Hunter Biden will actually be subject to federal law like the rest of us? This has to be the DNC/media/DOJ going hands off. The spineless Republicans don’t have this kind of power. I’ll believe it when I see it.

Headline should read……..”the prosecutors working for Hunter Biden”. What kind of prosecutor would have signed off on this ridiculous plea deal, a corrupt one.

“There was a Judge in Arkansas that told Hunter’s team to get in line, you’re going to be treated like the other defendant in Court.

A week later, in a highly unusual move, he quietly filed papers to remove himself from the case without explanation.”

That was in 2020 and that judge STILL has no explained.
But it looks like the Judge who took over isn’t intimidated. Holly Meyer is still judge and has not been kind to Hunter and his lawyers

It has now been revealed for all to see what a completely corrupted entity the Department of Justice has become that their prosecutors were a party to such a sweetheart deal.

So now the DOJ can with-hold documents from the House Committees and refuse to comment due to an “on-going” investigation. Slick move indeed!

Heck, when it comes to Trump, the FBI/DOJ released (selectively) all sorts of supposed evidence and those investigations are still ongoing. They released photographs of the documents in Mara Lago; his tax returns; footage of the J6 protestors; etc., etc., etc. They even leaked Grand Jury testimony.

Yeah, but we are talking about a Biden in this case. That’s (D)ifferent.

And that will bring impeachment. Not removal, but impeachment.

Even CBS Court reporters were shocked that the proposed deal would give immunity for ANYTHING Hunter did before 2019.

I am sure Garland, Biden and the White House “brain trust” are in full scramble mode, with hot lines open to CNN, MSNBC and NBC.

Evidently, a new deal was already signed, which does not protect Hunter from new charges after 2019.

Charges on crimes after 2019, which would mean that he would not be protected from charges on crimes that were not covered in the laptop. Evidently, they are protecting the Biden’s from anything that was covered in the laptop.
