I don’t think I’d say “mix”. Perhaps they are dumping the filler completely out of the cigar and replacing with weed, but if you’ve ever smoked a cigar, it’s virtually impossible to inhale. If you did manage to do it, you’d turn green and barf in a matter of seconds. Cigar smoke is not for inhaling. You bring it in, and if you know how, “retrohale” it out of your nostrils, but you never take it into your lungs.
