The first duty of a leader is to see to his troops.

The way I understand it, Rick was out of the Towers, and in a position to escape their collapse. But, he went back in to ensure that all of his "troops" were out of the building, and it came down on him.

All gave some, some gave all.

RIP, Rick. In our pantheon of heroes, you are one of ours. Your courage in the face of certain death is an inspiration to a Nation at war.

NEVER FORGET

...In June 2003 former CLINTON White House Political Advisor DICK MORRIS confirmed twice on 'The Judicial Watch Report Talk Radio Show'..
http://www.JudicialWatch.org

...that BILL CLINTON personally refused Sudan Offers in 1995 & 1996 to give us OSAMA bin LADEN on a Silver Platter.

...By the Way, SANDY BERGER was CLINTON's White House Contact man with Sudan Offers Negotiators MONSOOR IJAZ and 1990's Sudan Ambassador to the United States IMED IBRAHIM MOHAMMED. This per these same 2 Negotiators. SANDY BERGER recently falsely testified before the 9/11 Commission that there were no such OSAMA Offers presented to him, just like when he stuffed Top Secret National Archive Docs in his Socks.

...Today's 9/11 Commission Report is a mere Starting Point of Discussion on the points it makes. This per 9/11 Commission Member Sen. JOHN LEHMAN on today's 'SEAN HANNITY Talk Radio Show'..!!!

...Seems so since ...my Fellow Veteran of the 1965 Battle of the IA DRANG Valley, Lifetime Lifesaving Hero RICK RESCORLA, perished while saving 1,000's of others in the World Trade Center's Tower 2 on Septmeber 11, 2001.

...The Heroism of RICK RESCORLA is also the focus of my 'A Witness to the Heroism of Many' Contribution to the uplifting new book:

'MODERN DAY HEROES: In Defense of America'
