He doesn’t “give anyone, anything.”
The Congress decides where to send foreign aid. Congress puts it into the bill and the President has to sign it because there is no line item veto. Then, the President is obligate to execute the will of the people.
This is all basic government 101.
And its not impeachable.
The Republicans and Conservatives talking about this stuff are simply trying to get the base all worked up. (Its not like the base isn’t worked up anyway.)
The focus should be in getting Republicans on the local election boards. All this other stuff is a distraction.
