They are doing something similar in our town...they are complaining about the recruiters, but instead of making them leave, they want "Veterans for Peace", and other "Peace Activists" to come to the school to show the kids what joining the military is REALLY about...all at our expense.

The school in the article is not making recruiters leave. The last three paragraphs of the article, which are omitted from the posting, explain that. The PTA is just expressing its opposition to recruiting on campus. I wonder if a nonprofit organization, such as the PTA, can maintain its tax exempt status when it speaks out on such political issues.
