It is stamped SECRET ORCON, a military acronym for a document that is supposed to remain with the organization that created it. A Pentagon official who has seen the log describes it as the "kind of document that was never meant to leave Gitmo."

If there is any truth to this, why is this being published? Shouldn't TIME's be fined or something?

Fined?I'd throw the bunch of them in Leavenworth or Atlanta for SEDITION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Publishing classified information to the public is punishable under the espionage laws. However, we have a government where laws regarding classified information are enforced selectively. If it were otherwise, then Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-VT) and others would be serving jail sentences and paying large fines. The list of perpetrators would be very long if we enforced treason laws.
