Actually they do let some of it slide. The Disneyland Memorial Orgy has been published a number of times (in The Realist, The BEST of the Realist, and an article about the controversy) as well as a counterfit blacklight poster in the 1960s that DID cause some sort of legal processeedings (but those responsible for the work, primarily Wally Wood but also the publisher Paul Krassner, were not the ones behind the commercial poster).
As a bit of “commentary” it was permitted to stand.
