OK, I’ll ask...why did it take 10 years and a FOIA for the gubbermnint to release the pics. Why the secrecy?
According to the caption the photos were taken by an NYPD detective.
Good question - why did it take an FOIA request to get them out and kudos to ABC news for getting these released.
