Well, why not?
Illegals can access full medical care in California - that and all they have to do is show up at an ER - which millions of the do - to get health care for free.
sS you know, I’m a Vet. I use the VA for my medical care which at this point in time is pretty much negligible - thank goodness! I MUST have a physical every 18 months to keep my benefits, so I do that, of course.
That said, I had a kidney stone and was in so much pain it was ridiculous. Luckily, I was in town when it was happening and got myself to the ER for some help. OMG! If you’ve ever suffered one, you know what I mean!
Anyhow, I got the bill. $7,000.00 and change for 4 hours in the ER where the numbed the pain, gave me an MRI and told me “You’ve already passed it!” Well, Gee. THANKS! I could’ve done that at home!
I called the VA in Florida that handles all emergency care for Vets and they said I met the criteria for them covering it - Thank Goodness!
I can just imagine what the weekly, monthly, yearly bill will be when we lump ILLEGALS into our mess of a healthcare system.
Thanks for footing the bill, Fellow Taxpayers, but at least I was BORN here and gave 16+ years of my life to service!
