Message: DOJ Clarke’s testifying falsely to Congress, falsifying govt documents about her arrest and jailing, her comments about racial superiority, and her role organizing a 1994 event at Harvard that hosted a professor who accused Jews of persecuting black people are troubling.

What good is expungement if you have to answer 'yes' to any question associated with the arrest?

If I committed a felony which was later expunged and a potential employer asks me any question, however worded, that would indicate that I might have had a felony conviction, then I'm going to answer 'NO'.
