The Left (Progressives,Marxists) do not believe in the rule of law. They believe rules are made to be broken for the the "higher" good. They believe all of Western culture is illegitimate, because it has been so successful. They believe, all that success was stolen.

So.. tenure for a Jewish professor, when "Israel is committing genocide?" The rule of law, contracts, property, means nothing to these people, except as a tool to gain power.
