I’d call it more of a fizzle. Meaning the prosecution’s case has fizzled and will eventually die a quiet death when the judge dismisses it at 5pm on the Friday of a three day weekend.
That would be May 24, two weeks from now; wheel sea.
And as she is boarding a plane for a 2 month vacation somewhere in Australia...
I hope this opens up all kinds of discovery that will doom smith now and in the future, so I hope she doesn’t dismiss. One item on the current calendar is hearing the case about Smith not even being a legitimate special prosecutor.
That would be worth the price of admission.
