Has anyone noticed the warnings on small refrigeration equipment? Someone brought a portable ice maker into work and it warned that the refrigerant is butane. Yep, it’s a big lighter.

Yep the new “sustainable, green”™ refrigerants are highly flammable. My DH, who is an HVAC technician and has his own biz, will be refusing to install or work on any of the new stuff. Still a lot of 410A around.
