My son is a fire system designer and he said that the fire sprinklers would have saved the buildings long enough to evacuate however where they went in the took out the sprinkler systems. Than the heat did it’s number to the steel.
I was just reading on another site that we are making terrorist fighting ships “U S S New York” out of the steel from the trade centers.

I saw this scene on the Keihan train from Kyoto to Osaka on the train the day it happened. I stayed up all night watching, thinking that if Bush was a man, he would eradicate the bastards that did this, and even now, I think history will vindicate him.

I was following it and I noted something that you wrote.

I was wondering did you post your recollections on the web and if so where? I have a brother who lives in New Jersey and his 6 yr. old son’s classmate’s father died in one of the Towers, he worked for one of the brokerage firms, and it was such a tragic loss. My brother has always said that most Americans will never know what New Yorkers who were there know because of that day and will live with until their dying day. He himself is an architect and his firm is in Manhattan and what he saw stunned him beyond words.
If you posted your memories somewhere on the web or on FreeRepublic, I would like to read them.
