Sarah Laurel, a harm-reduction professional, sat behind her desk and asked the man who walked into her store how much he’d been paid to be in a viral video she’d recently watched.
The man was an active substance user, struggling with addiction, who had probably taken drugs on the streets of Kensington, Philadelphia, earlier that morning. His answer was $50.
Sarah laughed and said that was more than usual.
Since 2021, Kensington, a low-income neighborhood in North Philadelphia, has been ground zero for a new and dangerous sedative called “tranq”. Also known as “xylazine”, a side-effect of this drug can be struggling to stand upright, which is why users are commonly described in the media as “zombies”. People taking it can also develop severe flesh-eating wounds.

And its city council just passed a law that says hospitals can’t send illegals back home for long term care.
So, the taxpayers are going to foot that bill
Ah, the Leftist way. Complain bitterly when others are publicizing the horrors inflicted by your misguided, destructive policies.
They ought to tear Kensington down. Nothing more than a breeding ground for tranqs, Lo-bos and zipheads.
The problem is NOT those reporting or showing the devastation.
The problem is the GOVERNMEMT that is allowing the devastation to take place in broad daylight, and let it continue.

People who would give $50 to an addict to feed their addiction in order to publish it on a commie-based social media platform are their own brand of evil. I hope they get mugged.
I have to wonder if a city council has real jurisdiction over hospitals as to where illegals can be sent for long term care...especially if the illegals decide they want to go back. Many Philly area hospitals are also not in the city proper but in surrounding sub-urbs.
Or trip and fall with face plant into a pile of discarded hypodermic needles.
The fentanyl users are all bent over like stink bugs.
There was a video a whole back of a nurse addressing Congress about the cost of taking care of illegals. The hospital started finding out where their families were and provided transportation for them to go back home. It saved the hospital millions.
Right now, there are 2 elderly hispanic women living in Rockdale Hospital, in Rockdale, Ga. They can’t be thrown out and they have no idea where they’re from. Taxpayer footing the bill.
these films have been on you tube for a couple of yrs now....want a surprise?...the white zombies and black zombies get along well it seems....
You Tube has some videos up on this. These people are literally dying on their feet.
Baby factories…..the Chinese set up hotels exactly for that reason.
