[history]
Former President Bill Clinton reminded black voters yesterday about their ancestors' struggle for voting rights and called on them to turn out in large numbers at Tuesday's election to vote for Lt. Gov. Kathleen Kennedy Townsend for governor.
Speaking at the massive Jericho City of Peace Church complex in Landover, Mr. Clinton warned thousands of voters, mostly black, against going with someone who appeared to be a "compassionate" conservative. Prince George's County is considered crucial in the close gubernatorial race.

who introduced Mr. Clinton as the "last elected president of the United States of America," I don't think implying that Bush was not elected is a very good way to get any cooperation from the federal government, if Townsend is elected governor.

Are we going to have to be PC on this board too now?

It is shameful the way the dems and the media keep saying that the only way the dems can win is if they play the race card and "turn out the black vote". If I were a black I would be totally offended with this......but as usual the sheeple (blacks in this case) just follow along, happy to be used!!!

... when blacks were herded on the back of trucks by "beady-eyed white guys."I presume they were then transported to the polls to vote demokrat.

Clinton is a user and there are a good many black folk who are more than willing to be used by him but the number is growing smaller and his supporters are growing older. It's my wish that when I'm long gone and my grandkids are my age, Clintonism will be a bad memory relegated to the history books.

Perhaps that history book story on the presidency of Bill Clinton will contain sections headed:
"How An American President Weakened America's Defenses;"
"The 1993-2000 Infiltration of America by Terrorist Cells;"
"Clintons/McAuliff Take Over Democratic Party, Undermining Election Process;" and,
"Clintons/McAuliff Ousted by Traditional Democrats After Worst Losses Ever in 2002 and 2004."

"The world will little note nor" understand how blacks could be so blindly duped for so long by AR Bill. Some just love a huckster bilking them all the time.

I wonder why Clinton thinks he's somehow excluded from that. Isn't he looking pretty beady-eyed these days?I can't tell, looking around that large red coke-bearing bulbose appendage on his face is difficult.
BTW, I agree with you about PC. Even a strong pro-Israeli supporter dares not suggest that Sharon is not perfect, and a non-racist dares not mention the statistically high black crime rate in America without the threat of being called racist or getting one of those "uh oh" side comments. If we could discuss things, maybe something positive would come out of it. On the other hand, who am I kidding?

Everytime a black person votes Republican, Bill Clinton burns a black church. Why hasn't the press reported on the results of the "National Church Arson Task Force" assigned to look into the matter? Because it exposes Bubba as a liar.
To: kattracks
BTW, Trueblackman took a look around inside and reported that half the church was empty. And lots of DC and Virginia tags in the parking lot.

. . . Mr. Clinton warned against politicians who would divide the people into "us" and "them." "We tried it their way for 12 years," he said of Republicans. "In the '90s we tried it our way for eight years, and now we have tried them for two years. Our way works better."

I would have thought the PG County government all by itself could fill that church and lot. Does this mean the PG County government isn't going all out for KKT?
Without 1998/2000 levels of black turnout, KKT can't win.

Now the "beady-eyed white guys" are named McAuliffe, Daschle, Clinton, Gore, Gephart, Mondale, etc...
