[The following copied from Facebook] Just fine—for my age! I’m new to Facebook and yours was a familiar name which brought visions of a blue 911 being towed by a Corvette. (”Great stereo”). We weren’t competitors in the same class at Florida autocrossing, but yours was a familiar name so I thought we’ve got to see who our mutual friend is. (?) “Linc” is gone, so it might be Bruce or Alan. In 1972, Bruce got me into SCCA Showroom Stock Sedan (Pinto) and later into autocross with a Porsche 914-6. (Towed with my 1971 VW Camper to Boston for Porsche Parade event in 1991). Alan and I competed in ASP for a few years (1982-on) afterwards I instructed with BMW-CCA and tracked my black BMW 318is with an M3 engine. (Shaving 220 pounds). I’ve since moved to the Florida Keys, unknowingly having Alan as a neighbor! (Although we haven’t caught up on things in decades). Since moving here in 2007, I also ran into a really tall guy who competed in 914-6s with the “Equip Rapide” group. He’s since moved away, but I’d recall his name if prompted. (Never run the Bay Bottom Crawl”, but would have liked to).
