Yes they were, but what does that have to do with the fact (look up that word if you need to Joe) that the majority of the hijackers were here legally at the time that their driver's licenses were issued?

Would you not issue driver's licenses to any legal alien on US soil?

Let's say that a British firm sends a guy to work here for a year, should he get a driver's license Joe?

How about if a French family sends theur kid here to go to school?

No driver's license for the kid either?

Or do you have a way not to issue driver's licenses to those people here legally who will overstay their visa?

Tell me Joe, amaze me with your intellect and tell me how the hell the State can know that the guy applying for a driver's license, and presenting documents to show that he is here legally, will at some point in the future overstay his visa and become an illegal alien?

Jeb Bush comes out in favor of illegal alien driver's licenses

So tell me Louie, are you part of Bush's reelection campaign committee?

As I mentioned previously, Virginia is now (or soon will be) tying the expiration date of a driver's license to the expiration date of the visa.

Therefore, the driver's license expires the same day the visa does.
