If the parents are willing to take care of her, they should be allowed to do so.

I've had some strong opinions on the issue as well, and got into a heated arguement with a couple of family members, which I'd rather not do. I've posted a little bit on the Terri threads, but they get so heated, that I've just backed away. I agree, she should go to her parents.
