no, that isn't the issue as you have stated it, you are worried about squandering precious resources, and reallocating them to the more deserving. that's what i see you talking about here.

yes, i am an attorney. and if you follow my posts here you will see that i, as well as other attorneys, and conservative legal pundits, disagree with the result here. laws have led to unjust results before in our history, as has been pointed out repeatedly.
