What I want to know is if there are rules within the Flordia bar about publically disrespecting/libeling officers of the court. Joe baby is a lawyer in Penascola and had been mocking in a public forum an elected official who has rendered judgement based on the facts presented to him.
I don't know if FL has such a statute or not.
Joe may find himself in some hot water w/the FL Bar.
