I understand a lot more about the Constitution than you. The judiciary today has usurped powers far beyond those which were ever intended for it, which is evident to anyone with even a passing familiarity with its mandate.
Well, I see the WPPFF crowd is back and wishing to tell us all why Terri needed to be starved to death. They think Delay has thrown them a bone, they will soon be disappointed. They sound like the crowd over at DU concerning Delay's "so-called" apology.

By your use of "today", you seem to be suggesting that there has been some very recent usurpation of powers by the courts. What powers are you referring to?
