He does not have a clue what he really wants to do about rogue judges that he could or would articulate, knowing that just saying "impeach the boys" will send him over the side.DeLay should shut his mouth about impeaching judges. It's a loser.

DeLay knows that now. Now he just wants them to be "investigated," as a fall back. That of course won't happen either. ANd DeLay knows that too. It is just his inartful and inarticulate and unthoughtful exit strategy.
