I voted for Bush twice and will criticize him when I think he is failing us on certain issues. The border is definately one of them. I am sick and tired of the border being wide open for anyone to come as they choose. I gave him 4 years to do something and he hasn't. He now has another 4 and better get it done or I, as well as other conservatives, will sit out the next election.
The sit out and have it hundred time worse for you.
I never get this philosophy either. Good Lord don't sit the election out, stomping your feet like a 4 YO. Push some real conservatives. Look at the spineless ones inhabiting the house now.
Liberalism may be a mental illness, but it cannot list "shy" among its numerous faults. Bush has to have some support from Congress to get conservative things done. If you absolutely can't support Bush over this issue, then find some local conservative firebrand and back him to the hilt. Then you'll be motivated to vote, then you'll see the choice between the GOP and the DNC on the top ballot, then you'll do the right thing.
And that's vanilla stupid.
Saw a report on NBC last night that spoke about a town in Georgia that takes in 90 illegals every day. Every day. Huh?
Naw, we'll just be a lot more selective in the primaries. I mean really 'protect our borders litmus test' selective.
I agree with you on the border point's but I will not sit out the next election.I will work as hard as I did for the person I think is good for this country as I did for Bush&Cheney in the last election.I worked my rear off for Bush the last election and I would do it again.I just do not understand Bushes position on the borders. It is not Anti- American to disagree with President Bush.Just Anti-American to do it the way the liberals do..No one is perfect!
