Who knew this site was so full physicians who are profoundly better qualified that the doctor who performed the autopsy? Please share YOUR credentials with us so we'll be better equipped to defer to your judgement in this case. Mine are, as a former federal investigator (read that to mean Air Force OSI Special Agent), I attended MANY autopsies and know the meanings of the evidence required to prove a homicide. And I know enough to discern what medical examiners DON'T say in their findings.
