I can't believe it either! I am gratified to know that Amber Alert is doing everything they can to contact advertisers and asking them to not support adversarial remarks about Natalee and Latoya. Why anyone would be posting anything against Latoya is beyond me!

Dave Holloway; Steady and Even Keeled

According to the Dave Holloway during my telephone conversation with him, he appeared that his thought process when dealing with the prosecution of the suspects in his daughters disappearance is to “stay the course”. Dave Holloway said to me that he was upset that Joran Van der Sloot, and the Deepak brothers were released from prison. He was a bit skeptical of the timing of the release as many eyes were turned. However, he made it very clear that this is a long race and it is not over.

When asked about the case and whether things were going fast enough for him, Dave’s response was as follows:

“We have two years to do something and gain evidence if this is a murder case. The prosecution better have the evidence to go forward to try the case or wait until they do. I do not want this to be a mock trial and there be double jeopardy if there is no real evidence. I do not want the Prosecution to jump to any conclusions because they feel they have to do something.”

Dave Holloway was also quick to say that he appreciated all that Scared Monkeys has done in keeping the story of his missing daughter front and center and the thoughts and prayers that have been expressed.

I also asked Dave Holloway about whether he had any concerns over the fact that the media is not covering Natalee’s story much any more if not at all in some cases. Dave said,

“Its not about the media, it’s about Natalee. I know the news coverage comes in cycles and maybe they will come back again to covering Natalee. Some have called me and said they have not forgotten us.”

Dave then went on to tell me that he completely understands the media’s pressures of covering the news and if it were not for the media in the beginning this all could have been swept under the rug. Dave then went on to say, “with or without the media we will find Natalee.”

Then Dave made a rather interesting observation that was rather revealing.

Red, I think that this case may be solved through the internet. There are so many people who may know others and have information to evidence. So many may have some type of knowledge that may bring a break to the case.

In many respects I agree with Dave on this one as blogs have not just repeated MSM stories in the Natalee Holloway case, they have actually broke news before the MSM. Scared Monkeys has taken an active role in personally helping a family in need. What ever way it plays out lets just hope that we find Natalee Holloway.

Art Wood; Holloway Investigator To Come Forward

Art Wood has been one of the lead investigators in the Natalee Holloway disappearance. He has scoured the island in search of evidence in this case including the belt he found near the lighthouse. According to WTOV 9, Art Wood plans on coming forward and telling what he knows.

Since then, Wheeling native and FBI consultant, Arthur Wood, has been working in Aruba to find her.

Back in June, the retired secret service man began working with the owner of the largest paper in Aruba to find Natalee, Wood believes Natalee’s body is in the water.

He believes Dutch authorities have orchestrated a cover-up, including evidence against the main suspect in the case, Joran van der Sloot…

Wood claims pieces of evidence are missing including phone records and a belt he found in the sand dunes sent to Dutch authorities.

He claims no d-n-a tests were ever done.

Art Wood will be on the Dr. Phil Show along with Beth Holloway Twitty at Thursday at 3 right on WTOV9.

Dr. Phil, the syndicated afternoon talk host, will be doing a special show on the Natalee Holloway disappearance this coming Thursday, September 15th. The show promises coverage of the story, with new interviews and a lie detector test.

but, they did finally get that murderer behind bars.....although he should have been hanged, I won't quivel....

well I know compared to a lot of freepers I'm just a prude but I consider open prostitution which is hyped as a tourist attraction shows utter disreguard for females, and so why would we expect such a society to lose a single second of sleep over the sexual attack upon a foreigner?....

they can kill people( assisted suicide) and run a drug trade,even though its not technically "legal"......they have no restraints and they have no fear of God....

I won't give up on justice either. There are those among us who would say that's ridiculous and we should get on with our lives. But I think it's too hard, like giving up on freedom. That's something I don't EVER want to do!

There have been vague innuendos that some mystery Mr. Big is behind all this. The Twittys have both said they had info that they are waiting to divulge. The editor of Diario has teased listeners with similar promises. Are they all too scared to say anything even at this point, when it appears the case has evaporated?

The Dutch lack any moral compass whatsoever!! Paulus Van der Sloot was a very NERVOUS man. Even when he was released from prison (if you get to see the tape again) just look at his eyes. He cannot look up. He looks from side to side. The man is a SNAKE. He has plenty to hide. He was paying for the Kalpoe's attorneys. His BRAT had something like 9 Lawyers. For God Sake, they are hiding something bigtime. And they picked the WRONG girl to abuse and likely kill. Paulus Van der Sloot is in this up to his eyeballs. The Aruban justice system KNOWS it. They know these boys are guilty. They have been doing nothing but "playing around", changing documents, losing documents, losing witnesses and on and on. Now the biggest perps have fled the country. May they have monkeys on their backs for the rest of their miserable lives. I hope they are afraid of everything. Joran will be a miserable failure in life after this.

Hi libsl. Yes, there has been some discussion that there is possibly a bigger operation involved. For example, how is it that Joran has a line of credit at the casinos, when he is too young to even be in them? Something strange seems to be going on.

Of course, this has prompted wild speculation about everything from Saudi princes to snuff films in Venezuela. And there is very little rock solid/verifiable information available to form a likely hypothesis. There are bits of information, but they equate to about 57 pieces of a 1,000-piece puzzle . . .

However, it seems that Beth is at the point of discussing what she has discovered in this mess. They have been leaking a little information here and there, but have been mostly quiet in order to preserve the investigation and their relationship with the prosecutor. Yet, now that the suspects are out of custody, it seems that the family is ready to divulge what they know.

I don't think I blame the family. They have virtually been crapped on. I wonder if ANYONE in the so called Aruban/Dutch UNjustice system has ever been honest with Beth, Dave or Jug? I think they have been playing games since day one.

Have you heard, or has anyone heard about what happened in Aruba today? I understand a judge was supposed to rule today on the prosecution's appeal today. I wonder what the ruling was. If the judge ruled in favor of the prosecution, then Urine and the K brothers would be going back to jail! Sure wish that would happen!!

The only thing that will get their attention is a Nationwide call for a BOYCOTT of Aruba. The reward money hasn't done anything.A serious boycott will bring the big boys to their knees. Without American tourists, this Aruban Filth will become the next Haiti.
