According to Aruba law the suspect can be held for different amounts of time (up to 116 days) and each time it has to be approved by a judge based on evidence. After 116 days, a suspect has to be formally charged with a crime.

Holding somebody indefinetly without evidence is modus operandi in banana republics.

Urine was not held 116 days, but let go early so he could go to university.

What about the victim, Natalee, who had full scholarship for pre-med. What about her future. America has lost a treasure, and that treasure was lost on the little scab of an island, Aruba.
