He explained about this two year time limit for suspects.
The two years gives ALE the right to pull them in for questioning without new evidence nor new warrants, etc. After the two years, new evidence would get them thrown in jail again. There is no time limit on charging anyone if the evidence is there.
Jossy made it sound very different than the BS Arlene was feeding us. Arlene made it sound like they would be forever free from charges after two years with no charges brought. Not so, Arlene!
And Dompig, you didn't need to issue the suspects invitations to question them. That two years means ALE could have demanded their appearance for questioning at anytime and still can.
