I didn't say you can't make a contention that had no backing evidence. I said that there is no reason to take seriously your contention if you refuse to back it up. Which is why I said specifically,

"Maybe in your fantasy world. In the real world, however, they do if they are to be taken seriously."

You refuse to back up your contention that there is a conspiracy to suppress anti-evolution evidence. There is therefore no reason at all to take your contention any more seriously than the contention that thetans infest human bodies and need to be expelled through Scientology. You are of course free to live in your own fantasy world. Don't expect anybody else to want to live there too. :)

Your contention that a claim can be both unfalsifiable and have evidence that contradicts it is not only unsupported, it's false. The contention has an internal, logical inconsistency.
