I've said no such thing. God operates according to His Word. He will not act in any manner which is contrary to His Word.
It seems to me that you are attempting to define God in a way that is most convenient for you. God is not about convenience and He is not subject to our earthly definitions and expectations of what He ought to Be.
"Man proposes, and God disposes."
You want to know about God?
Start with the Bible.

I define God as capable of all things. You seem to limit Him to operating only within your beliefs.
