Well I hope you're not the same Maher in the article at the head of this thread, because being a useful idiot for a dead despot isn't really a good use of anybody's time.
Dubrovnik was dealt with under Pavle Strugar's case, and he was found guilty, as anyone who hasn't been affected by Serbian disinformation would have expected.
