Montenengro's Milo Djukanovic is a pimp -- a Mafia Don-- who'd screw his own mother for the right price. His government is a joke, and is up to its eyeballs in corruption. I'm sure that there was a dollar figure attached to that "apology to Croatia".

Djukanovic along with Bulatovic (Milosevic's puppet) and Kostic were the three heads of Montenegro at the time. It was they who disseminated all the nonsense about Croatia getting ready to invade Montenegro and it was they who ordered the invasion of Croatia and the pillaging and destruction.

Djukanovic admitted that they lied and they were responsible for the invasion and the destruction.

Croatia and Montenegro are now on an excellent footing in relations, with Croatian firms investing millions in developing the Montengrin coast (a friend of mine from Split is heading up a project in Budva as we speak).

The Montenegrins are in a majority ashamed for what they did to Croatia and regret being used by the Serbs. It's all water under the bridge now.
