I tried to look up information on ancestry.com. I don’t have an international account, but there are SEVERAL birth records from 1960-1963 in the Swedish database, I just can’t view them.

If someone has an extra $30 to get a worldwide ancestry membership, we might could find some collaboration there.

Your examples reflect government activities. Here, its citizen on citizen violence like in tribal Africa. They just show up one night and kill you and then your village responds. No marching bands or regiments of soldiers in nice formation. Just urban, one on one, warfare that destroys the place. Look to Liberia for an example...

I know, I saw Wikipedia didn’t have the info quite right too.

And I am out of popcorn. ::withdrawal sets in::

I can’t believe that the FBI or CIA hasn’t done some kind of background check of our president. I just can’t believe that, while at the same time McCain and Palin and Hillary etc.

It’s English common law, not Vattel, that was the primary basis of our law.

Re: John Jay, a child born in the United States is NOT a foreigner, regardless of the parent’s citizenship. English common law held that the location of birth determined citizenship.

I know of not one single legal scholar or legal historian that holds your view. It’s just a few fringe lawyers who have zero credibility and who simply do not know history.

And all the evidence in Supreme Court decisions confirms what I say. If you don’t believe that, look at the U.S. nationality law, which I earlier posted. It’s right there in plain English.

In all Supreme Court decisions, native born and natural born are used interchangeably. The 14th Amendment states there are only two types of citizens. Natural born citizen means a citizen at birth, since it’s obvious that a person who is “born” a citizen cannot NOT be a citizen at the moment of birth.

If Obama’s mother was getting a divorce in Hawaii, and had to prove to the judge there was a child produced from the marriage, then why did she have to send to Kenya to get that proof? She could have just obtained the birth certificate in Honolulu if he was born there. Even she knew she had to get the document, even a copy, from the place of birth.

Great point missed by everyone. BTTT.

I know this is heresy, but Beck is put up there on purpose to pretend like we have a voice, but that’s the key word “pretend”. I don’t trust the guy

I think they have checked on him and there’s a conspiracy of silence.

The ramifications of dealing with a fraud for POTUS would be almost unimaginable.

” This morning on Beck’s radio program during Glenn’s interview of Michelle Malkin, he stated even if obozo was NOT a NBC that nothing could be done about it so we should just drop it.”

Anyone know what the Constitutional violation threshold is for Coulter, BO’R, Huckabee, Hewitt and Beck
that is so egregious that it can’t be ignored ?
If Obama has purposefully committed fraud by declaring himself Constitutionally eligible ,
when he knew he wasn’t ,that’s extremely serious.
I’m not psychic nor do I have x ray vision,
so I have no idea if the “ vital records “ on file in Hawaii show that BO is an NBC
or has dual citizenship or
is an Indonesian by adoption or has used multiple passports with multiple alias or enrolled in college as a foreign student, etc.
What I know is that we don’t know.
Obama is a Commander in Chief who is sending soldiers off to wars to fight and die
and it is beyond unconscionable that he would add to their burden and that of their families,
by allowing this cloud of suspicion to remain over his presidency.
George Bush would never do this to the military and their families.
Obama has a moral duty to clear this up immediately.

I got there around 3 and left around 6 so I was fortunate to miss some of the major storm activity. Yeah it sprinkled a few times, but not the torrential down pour it had been earlier.

And the temperature kept fluctuating to the point where I was boiling hot in my jacket at some points...and chilly (thanks to a nice yet infrequent breeze) at others.

I get confused by people who think anyone interested in this topic is devoting all of their time and energy on this at the expense of what they deem “more fruitful” activities.

On the contrary...we can all walk and chew gum at the same time...and I don’t know of anyone who is focused solely on the elegibility issue at the expense of all others. In fact, IMHO, people who are in tune with this issue seem to be more active in the other “more fruitful” issues than most people...or so it seems to me.

Our federal government is way too big and nobody is ever really in charge. It simply doesn't work and this fiasco is a perfect example. Nobody takes any responsibility for enforcing the Constitution. I say we dismantle toe federal government and replace it with a counsel of state governors who allocate to a VERY SMALL administrative body that performs ministerial functions when necessary. All political power should be held at the state level. No legislative or executive authority should be vested in the federal administrative unit... We are losing our freedoms to people who are smart and clever enough to have figured out that nobody has the power to stop an abuse of power...

The document has what appears to be a seal with raised borders. This is what my birth certificate looks like, or the copy I have it.

So does the Kenyan BC also have a raised stamp? If so, that implies that someone on the inside had access to it.

This is my first question.

I had noticed some things about the document.

1. Looks like it has been stapled (left type) so it seems there was more than one page.

2. The stain appears to be, to me, a rust stain. I have seen this from staples/paper clips and such, but it’s either a small item or the item is in only partial contact.... like a bent staple. It’s possible it was caused by another document (with a staple) that was placed on this one.

3. The document has been handled (folded) enough that there are visible tears in the fold. The folds and damage would lead me to believe (if authentic) that it was someone’s personal copy.

4. It looks, to me, like there is a glue strip (as if it were torn from a pad) at the top, this is consistent with many forms I have used.

5. The printed and typed parts of the document look similar to documents I have seen (all US documents) and I see no glaring problems with either.

6. Little can be determined, from a picture, about the paper. Also not enough detail shown on the seal to make a comment.

That’s about what I have, for what it’s worth. From what I see I would say..... it may be a forgery, but it’s not a clumsy/childish one as many have claimed..

There's no way Obama stays if the SCOTUS decides he is not, and never was, President. And there's also no way he stays if the US military reaches that same consensus.

Never get to SCOTUS and I see you agree on the military coup

But anyway do you agree that is what Beck is saying between the lines
