Aren't you forgetting the massive fraud he perpetrated on the USA when he fraudulently raised 3/4 of billion dollars in campaign funds - all illegally if he was not eligible to run for PRez and he knew it.

Impeachment requires a vote of congress. If we couldn’t get Clintoon with the absolute proof of DNA on a dress, we won’t get this democratic majority congress to uphold the constitution over a simple piece of paper they could care less about.
