I don’t trust that ebay guy. The woman that supposedly financed their trip to Kenya has a pretty active rap sheet over a period of several years. However, maybe that is a plus. :P There were pictures of him in Africa but those could have been photo shopped. I think this is bogus and an attempt to make Orly and others look like idiots.
I think we need to be very cautiously optimistic if Orly got this from that Ebay guy.

I myself won't call it "BS" since it is clearly more convincing than the obviously fake Fight the Smears image.
Is it real? That's a question for experts. Have them compare the two documents --- and their provenance. Both of them appear to have enough control information to make a real records search from the proper authorities.

This isn't a birth certificate. For all intents and purposes, it's a Kenyan COLB. The Ebay guy claimed to have a copy of the actual birth certificate.
Agree that Rahm may have checked Book 44B out of the Coast Provincial Registrar's office while he was on "safari".
IMO, the issue isn't where he was born because Stanley Ann was an American citizen and, I think, that makes her kids citizens as well. Except, Obama was adopted by his Indo step-dad. That makes him an Indo citizen. Also, if he accepted college money as a foreign student, then by his own admission, he is not a citizen but an alien.
I think that is the way we should go.
