There’s some kind of brownish smudge on it.
It looks like an authentic cigarette ash burn, right by what I think says “Maiden Surname”.
I wonder if Hillary and Bill’s fingerprints are on it?
It’s possibly “foxing”.
That occurs either with age or exposure to UV light.
