Arguing to when Kenya started to use the term Republic in their letterheads and stamps is dang weak especially in the year 1964.

Red this entire when Kanya became a republic is not relavant.

State XYZ was not a state, but a terrritory yesterday . Person ABC was born yesterday. XYZ become a state today...and all documents from hence forth become issued by the State of XYZ. Even though the person was born before it became a state, the documentation and Leaderhead for ABC would be on XYZ State Letterhead.

Got it?

The issue of documentation was done after Republic was established although the original was before.

Goldwater’s BC would today be issued by the state of Arizona, not the Territory.

I found out these stamps were issued December 12th, 1964, coinciding with the official date that Kenya was declared a Republic.

Therefore they are not evidence that Kenya used "republic of kenya" on official seals dated before december, before they officially became a republic.

"This series of 5 was issued precisely a year after the first series; 12th December 1964, and was to commemorate the Inauguration of Republic. "
