Potentially even more than that. By ignoring the bc problem, the DNC has exposed the US to huge potential foreign relations upsets...

Related to this topic is the situation where another COUNTRY could potentially make such a birth certificate challenge. THis is a considerable worry according to the following excerpted post from A FRP poster, whose link I no longer have for the purpose of giving credit to the poster. He talks about a generally not discussed issue of the importance of Ob having a proven birth certificate from 1961d relating to international relations:

” In the absence of certainty of Barack’ ability to hold the office? Plenty.

No government employee, no member of the military, no citizen can know if any presidential order, finding, signature on any law, or treaty has any legal validity.

Worse, any foreign power sufficiently motivated can force the United States into a constitutional crisis at any point in a time and manner of their own choosing.

If, for example Barack Obama, acting as the president of the United States, imposes sanctions on North Korea, or Iran, or even Australia, the leader of that country would clearly have standing, and even more crucially, could go directly to the World Court to press their case and bypass all the legal nuancing a US court would suffer. No amount of courtroom shenanigans will keep the World Court from doing its duty.

It is very probable that in the absence of proper documentation, the World Court would find that the Barack Obama has no legal authority to act on behalf of the United States, and every treaty, agreement, and presidential finding he ever signed is null and void.

Every act of war engaged in under his illegal orders potentially becomes a war crime.

For the want of a $10 document, any hostile foreign power can, at any time, potentially take down the American government.

An honest president would find that this risk would far outweigh any personal embarrassment disclosure of the truth would cause him.”

***I think I remember this post, rattling around somewhere.

If, for example Barack Obama, acting as the president of the United States, imposes sanctions on North Korea, or Iran, or even Australia, the leader of that country would clearly have standing, and even more crucially, could go directly to the World Court to press their case and bypass all the legal nuancing a US court would suffer.
***Not really. The World Court is like an international version of Judge Wapner’s people’s court. Both parties have to consent to be adjudicated by the court in order to proceed. All zer0bama has to do is say no.

No amount of courtroom shenanigans will keep the World Court from doing its duty.
***Other than that “just say no” thingie, you’re right on target.

It is very probable that in the absence of proper documentation, the World Court would find that the Barack Obama has no legal authority to act on behalf of the United States, and every treaty, agreement, and presidential finding he ever signed is null and void.
***If he were stupid enough to submit to their judgement, yes. But I don’t think he’s that stupid.

Every act of war engaged in under his illegal orders potentially becomes a war crime.
***And THAT is precisely why Major Stefan Cooke filed his lawsuit — in case of capture, he could be tried as a war criminal. And team zer0bama backed down... interesting.

For the want of a $10 document, any hostile foreign power can, at any time, potentially take down the American government.
***Well, they certainly could do a ton of damage, but there’s a lot of winkin’ and noddin’ going on, with side deals that would prevent this. Things like zer0bama agreeing to pull troops out of Iraq.

An honest president would find that this risk would far outweigh any personal embarrassment disclosure of the truth would cause him.”
***Well, there’s your problem, sparky. This guy aint nohow nowhere near bein’ an honest president. (I know, a triple negative, 1 for each hour I shoulda been asleep)
