The reason for the 1964 date needs to be addressed.

Where were they and why did they need a copy of the birth certificate in 1964?

Obviously this copy was generated in order to do something or go somewhere.....pre-school, Little League, out of the country for a passport....??

I have copies of the documents you cited. However, no person other than Neil Abercrombie places her in Hawaii, no one ever saw them together, there is no record of her presence in Hawaii after graduation on the mainland in 1960.

She may have been enrolled in Hawaii, in anticipation. But there is no evidence of her attendance.

The remainder of the WA records relate to EXTENSION COURSES.

So, this is saying Obama's mother wasn't even IN Hawaii when the fraud was supposedly being born in Hawaii? It seems plausible she applied for the COLB when she moved back to Hawaii in 1963-64, she probably needed it for proof she had kids to qualify for welfare, student loans or something while she went to school.
