Don’t think she’s one molecule arrogant.

She’s running herself into the ground. I imagine the titling is an effort to establish credentials so she will be seriously considered.

She’s also not of this culture and it’s nuances. She’s just stating the facts—there’s an innocence there to me, not an arrogance.

Nothing wrong with “Esquire.” Just a designation for a law degree. I don’t fault physicans for using “Dr.”

Her parents didn't name her "Doctor" or "ESQ".

These are arrogant affectations.

I agree. She’s actually a licensed dentist, hence the Doctor title. The correct title for a practicing attorney is Esquire (Esq.) Therefore Dr. Orly Tatiz, Esq. is correct. She’s not being arrogant, only showing pride in her accomplishments.
