My guess, this was a copy needed for Divorce or adoption.
I am in shock. I never expected a “smoking gun” to appear, and that seems to be what this is.
Maybe this was found in some old lawyers filing cabinet. A lawyer who executed the divorce and or adoption, in Indonesia or Hawaii.
I think O’s got some splainin to do....
It’s obviously been folded up for a long time. It may have been folded the way it was for mailing to the person who requested it and was then stuck into the records of a case, probably the divorce filing.
We still don’t know if it authentic or not.
