They do that anyway. That said, I still think that even if it could be proved that Obama was born in Kenya and even if it could be proved that he wasn't eligible for office under any immigration standards (that is, what makes a "native" or "natural born" citizen), it will have no impact.
His faithful - the press, most blacks, and a small but powerful group of hard-left white liberals - aren't going to care. And by extension, US courts and legislators also aren't going to care because they will see it as too dangerous to them.
