How about this: Look in the upper left corner. You will see staple holes.

No document produced in Kenya in 1964 would have staple holes. They did not use staples. They used straight pins to clip papers together, as was the British colonial tradition.

This document was stapled to something else, probably in the United States. I suspect that it was part of the material in the Obama’s 1964 divorce. The provenance of this document can be proven it it indeed came from there.

I think you are on the right track. There were seven pages of FOI pages of that divorce document. The pages were numbered (by hand) from One to Twelve.

The remainder (five) would have been ID documents IMO.
