Natural born citizen requirement for POTUS:

1. U.S. Constitution. Art. II, Sec. 1, Cl. 5
2. U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649 (1898)
3. Perkins v. Elg, 307 U.S. 325 (1939)

The U.S. Consitution and the case law defines that to be eligble for POTUS a person has to be born on American soil to U.S. citizens.

Guess it’s time for the “new” liberal court to once again make the constitution a “living, breathing document”.

My last reply should have been to rummychick. Sometimes I think so deeply about these issues that I lose sense of some things. EVERYTHING EXCEPT LOGIC, THAT IS. We have these folks on the run. Now is the time to be strong. Now is that time NOT to quit. See, I almost typed TO QUIT, BUT I CAUGHT MYSELF. I can’t wait to see the liberal media/nightly news this evening. Something tells me that there will be little coverage of this important issue. But we will wait and see. Something also tells me that Barack HUSSEIN Obama will not hold a news conference on this one, even though it is the most important CONSTITUTIONAL issue ever. I MEAN EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!
