That was explained back in the beginning (somewhere between 300-1000)... Salamander had tried to quickly clean the image up and adjust the color so that it would be easier to read... There was a BIG misunderstanding.. and she came and apologized for not being more clear.
She was attempting to be helpful and it was blown out of proportion for several pages...
