You are claiming “He has not examined it for evidence of a forgery.”
His comment is unclear then. The quoted statements are in italics. His own words (which I am perceiving to be the ones in regular font) state:
“However, the bottom line is that it’s another BOGUS BIRTH DOCUMENT.”
...and it’s in BOLD font for emphasis (may I presume) here: “it’s another BOGUS BIRTH DOCUMENT”
Just saw on the comments on Scribd that the currency is wrong for Kenya.
Anyone know anything about Kenyan currency in 1964? And is the part at the top left of the page actually money or part of a form number?
