Don’t know what it was back then but let’s just assume it was so.

Now, you have to find where immigration would view it the same way when it comes to citizenship.

One would have to look at the annotated Federal Statute and use an index to find similar cases where the words out of wedlock are in a decision or case.

There is a problem since Ann did get a divorce the voiding of a marriage may be moot or collateral estoppel/res judicata then again it may not. IMO One would also have to prove the facts of the case to void the marriage.
