I just googled that user name "dis4xr" and found that the FAKE upload is #03118509264.
The upload yesterday is #03118509265. At post #41 of this thread that is the URL. However, today it takes you to this FAKE.
Why am I not surprised?

The Kenyan document on scribd was added by dis4xr.
The legal filings were added by dis4r.( #03118509264)
The heading is Fake Obama Kenya birth certificate.
